A 36 years old young male presented with pain in the abdomen and weight loss last 4-5 months. Pt underwent endoscopy and found a small nodule in the stomach. On biopsy it was malignant. Further confirmed with immunohistochemistry and CT scan of the abdomen. Pt treated endoscopically and the tumor removed with the surrounding area by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) technique. On follow-up endoscopy, after 6 months no tumor was seen and pt was asymptomatic. Pt treated without surgery. Because this tumor surgery requires removal of most of the staomch.
