A 3-year-old girl from Sajapur Indore ingested a wire clip with an iron nail during playing. This foreign body was impacted in the food pipe and the little girl was having pain and difficulty in swallowing. The foreign body was removed endoscopically without surgery. The patient was sent home the same day.
